Simple terms for using Vibes.
These terms govern your purchase and use of the Vibes macOS application.
Effective July 11, 20261. Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using Vibes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Personal license
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Vibes for your own personal or professional work. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, or provide the application or license key to others except where applicable law expressly allows it.
3. Requirements and third-party services
Vibes requires a compatible Mac running macOS 14 or newer. Some optional features use third-party websites or services, including web content and YouTube. Their availability and terms are outsideVibes's control.
4. Updates
A Vibes v1 purchase includes updates released in the v1.x series. New major versions may require a separate purchase. Features may change as the product improves, but we will not intentionally remove core paid functionality without a reasonable replacement.
5. Payments and fulfillment
The authorized reseller or payment provider named at checkout handles payment processing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and transaction compliance. Your download or fulfillment instructions are provided after a successful payment.
6. Disclaimer
Vibes is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every shell configuration, website, media source, or third-party service. Keep backups of important files and commands.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to Vibes will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions can be sent to the support address included on your purchase receipt.
