A fair 14-day refund window.
If Vibes is not a fit for your workflow, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Effective July 11, 20261. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. Include the purchase email and order number so the transaction can be located.
2. How to request a refund
Contact the support address included on your purchase receipt and explain that you would like a refund. The authorized reseller shown on your receipt may complete the refund and may ask for additional transaction details.
3. After a refund
A refunded license may be disabled. You must stop using the app and remove copies associated with that license.
4. Exceptions
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Refund timing after approval depends on the original payment method and payment provider.
