Privacy

Your workspace belongs to you.

This policy explains what Vibes stores locally, when the app connects to third-party services, and what information is involved in a purchase.

Effective July 11, 2026

1. The Vibes app

Vibes is designed to keep core workspace data on your Mac. Terminal sessions, editor content, workspace layouts, preferences, file references, and local dictation processing are not uploaded to Vibes by the app.

2. Features that use the internet

Web panes connect to websites you choose. The music pane connects to YouTube and related media delivery services when you submit a link. Those services receive normal connection information such as your IP address and may apply their own privacy policies.

3. Purchases and licensing

Purchases are processed by the reseller or payment provider shown at checkout. They collect the information required to complete the transaction, provide receipts, prevent fraud, calculate tax, and deliver any license key. Vibes does not receive or store your full card details.

4. Website data

Our hosting provider may process basic server logs, including IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps, to operate and secure this website. If privacy-friendly analytics are added, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

5. Retention and requests

Transaction records are retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. To ask about personal data associated with a support request or purchase, contact the support address included on your purchase receipt.

6. Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies.
